Straight No Chaser

Overview

In July 2025, a cappella superstars and Christmas icons Straight No Chaser joined forces with Venture to amplify their voices on social media and drive streams. The goal was to bring Straight No Chaser to new fans across all seasons, not just during the holidays.

Our Approach

We focused our social strategy on creating engaging content that connects beyond the a cappella world. Leveraging an existing “Duet With Us” series, we continued to share videos that invited fans to sing lead vocals with a backup from the band. When these videos exploded garnering millions of views across platforms, we capitalized on their success by reposting them to Trial Reels with tremendous results. Just one of those Trial Reels resulted in nearly 30k new Instagram followers for the group.

We created new interactive video concepts like a lyric challenge series (1.39M views) and a prompt for viewers to vote on their favorite of the bands’ football theme song arrangements (8.7M views) to encourage high engagement.

This strategy drove massive results with 24.8K new followers on TikTok and 108K new followers on Instagram in just four months for the band. With a focused approach on engaging viewers and showcasing Straight No Chaser’s talent, we drove millions of views to their accounts and amplified successful content with our Trial Reels strategy. This campaign brought Straight No Chaser to new fans who enjoy their talent no matter the time of year.
